PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ORDER
JIMINI’S commits to shipping your order within 24 hours after its validation, from Monday to Friday, or the same day in case of order before 11:00 am. From the moment of shipment, you will have a tracking number that can be consulted directly from your account or via the Colissimo website.
The delivery times announced by the Colissimo service are 48h to 72h (2 working days) and 5 to 7 days for international deliveries. The responsibility of JIMINI’S cannot be engaged in case of delay in the delivery of your package due to the Colissimo service.
THE TRANSPORT OF YOUR PACKAGE
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In case of absence during the delivery of your package, a notice of passage will be left and you will have to recover your package in your usual post office. Your package will be kept there for about ten days before being returned to the sender. Any package returned by the Post Office for non-reclamation can be reshipped upon payment of the shipping costs by the customer, no refund or exchange will be accepted.
LOSS, STOLEN OR DESTROYED
JIMINI’S can in no way be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of packages during their delivery by La Poste. In case of significant delay or stop of the delivery tracking, we invite you to contact the Colissimo customer service by providing you with your Colissimo tracking number.
In case of damage to your package that could have damaged its contents, we invite you not to accept the package because of this damage. Any package accepted will be considered as compliant and will not be subject to a return procedure.
